I have been using this product for about two years. I am 61 years old (sounds old when I say that), but I routinely crush people half my age on my bike or nordic skis. I am a lifetime athlete though, that being said I feel amazing and believe (no scientific opinion) that NMN is helping.
I cant say for sure but i think this product is having a positive effect. Not sure how to measure that affect
