I am a 77 old man in relative good health with a few things not ticking right which is not unexpected at my age. I have been taking Resveratrol 500mg and NMN 500mg per day for 1 month from ProHealth and increased NMN to 1g for last 10 days. Progressively and from week 2 I have felt a huge reduction in my ‘dry eyes’ for which I have suffered for over 10 years and no help from eye drops for the last 3 years. I will continue with this product and update this review in time.
