It's oil fish..

Krill oil is a natural supplement, taking it doesn't cause issues except a lot degluting, but it's better so instead to squash up among the teeth.

One think I didnt like was the gel, but they improved it. Its perfect and tastes like fish. Doesn't have quality guarantees on the packaging but so far so good.

After reading the literature citing

After reading the literature citing the benefits of Krill Oil over regular fish oil, I began taking this product to maintain my health. I do not have the ability to rate whether or not it is superior. I have not experienced anything that refutes the literature I read about it.

I loved the product and

I loved the product and the positive effects are almost immediate, the shrimpy smell could be abit offputting but far outweighed by the benefits. The only downside is being a UK customer I got charged alot of Customs duty as the value of the products exceeded £15.00, I will buy a smaller amount next time.

Although there is a fishy

Although there is a fishy smell when the bottle is opened, there is no aftertaste or personal smell. Using krill instead of fish helps preserve fish stocks.
