Heidi Klum is the new face of Accessorize

 

The world famous German supermodel Heidi Klum is to be the new face for an 'Accessorize' publicity campaign and she had even created a "Heidi bag" in cooperation with the 'Accessorize' team.

 

According to Peter Simon, the creator of Accessorize the supermodel "was chosen for her vibrant personality which perfectly captures the essence of the brand".

 

Photographs for the autumn/winter 2007/08 campaign which will introduce different kinds of bags and accessories have already been taken in a New York studio.

 

The collection was created by the designer Poiret and rumor has it that it is a very sophisticated and elegant one.

Jessica Simpson to move to Nashville

Jessica Simpson, who currently lives in Los Angeles has decided to move to the country's music capital in Tennessee and hopes to find inspiration there for her new album.

 

A source said, "Jessica really wants to release a country album and she isn't just whistling 'Dixie' this time. She has recently been in Tennessee writing music with John Rich from the country duo 'Big and Rich' and she is going to live there for a while".

 

Although Jessica is spending long hours in the studio recording her new album, she has still found time to relax with her close friends and family. The source told America's OK! Magazine, "Her time in Tennessee hasn't been all work and no play. She has been spending time with her father Joe and her best friend Cacee Cobb. She checked out new restaurant Agave that specializes in tequila and tapas".

 

Earlier this month, Jessica began searching for an apartment in New York so she could be closer to her record label and the blonde star was reportedly looking at Manhattan properties ranging from $2 to $12 million.

 

Mischa Barton to play a lesbian role

Mischa Barton has been signed up to play a lesbian in her next movie.

 

The film which is based on a novel, tells the story of two teenage girls, Janie who an American and Lana who is Russian that fall in love after meeting at a t.A.T.u concert. They later get swept into a perilous world of obsession, drug abuse and murder.

 

This won't be the first time that Mischa, has played a lesbian. The character Marissa Cooper, that she played in 'The O.C.' had a short relationship with a barmaid name Alex.

 

t.A.T.u were a fake lesbian Russian pop duo whose single 'All The Things She Said' caused a great deal of controversy in 2003. Their  video showed the girls, who were wearing school uniforms kissing each other. However it was later revealed that they simply pretended to be in a lesbian relationship in order to boost publicity.

 

Eva Mendes loves to garden in the nude

The Cuban star of 'Hitch',  Eva Mendes says that she's so comfortable in her birthday suit that she even weeds her flowerbeds and prunes her bushes completely naked.

 

Eva said, "I love being naked. I do everything in the nude, even the gardening! We're Cuban, and it's a hot island. Why not go nude?".

 

However she was not so comfortable stripping off in front of the cameras for her new movie with Joaquin Phoenix, 'We Own the Night', which opens with Eva's raunchiest sex scene ever.

 

She was apparently so nervous that she had to get drunk to shoot the scene. She said, "It's not a natural thing on camera, so it's always going to be a little awkward. It was tough. That morning I was so nervous that the director was like, 'Why don't you put a little vodka in your orange juice?'. So I did. It took the edge off. It's weird to see myself in bed with Joaquin up on the big screen. I told my mom she has to come fifteen minutes late. She wouldn't live through that first scene, she'd have a heart attack. The poor lady would keel over in the movie theatre".

Pamela Anderson marries again

The former 'Baywatch' actress Pamela Anderson got married for a third time Saturday evening (06.10.07) at the Las Vegas' Mirage Hotel and Casino, to a professional gambler by the name of Rick Solomon.

 

The couple had been dating for just over a month and they were joined by 60 guests, including Pamela's sons, Brandon, 11, and nine year old Dylan plus Rick's daughters, Hunter, 11 and Tyson, nine.

 

Pammie wore a white Valentino mini-skirt and Rick wore a black tuxedo and a black beenie hat.

 

The ceremony took place in a private villa within the complex and it was decorated with white roses.

 

The couple exchanged vows next to a fountain that is a part of the property and a guest commented, "It was a beautiful ceremony".

 

Earlier this month, Pammie  told US TV chat show host Ellen DeGeneres that she had fallen in love and was "engaged", but refused to reveal the identity of her new lover and would only say that he was a poker player. She claimed they started dating after he suggested that she grant him sexual favors in order to pay off her gambling debt.

Shakira performs at the Apollo Theater

Shakira showed up at the Apollo Theater and performed with U2’s Bono, the comedian Chris Rock and fellow musician Alicia Keys.

 

The 'youth activism' was sponsored by MTV and by former US president Bill Clinton who said, "We’re here tonight because young people here have more opportunity than ever before to change history".

 

Shakira’s impeccable style at the event more than pleased the whole audience and she received tumultuous applause.
