Uma Thurman was "completely freaked out" by Jack Jordan

Uma Thurman says that she was "completely freaked out" by Jack Jordan, who is presently on trial for stalking her.

Uma, who was not wearing any make-up took the stand in New York's Manhattan State Supreme Court yesterday (01.05.08), and said that  Jordan's alleged harassment of her had been a "nightmare".

She recounted one incident when Jordan delivered her a card showing a picture of an open grave and a man standing on a razor blade, bearing the message, "My hands should be on your body at all times".

Thurman continued, "I was completely freaked out. It was like a nightmare. It was scary" and then revealed that when she warned her family in New York about Jordan, she was stunned to discover that they had also been contacted by him.

She said, "I felt a stone drop in my stomach. The idea that this had a history made it even more terrifying".

Jordan, who was instructed by his lawyer George Vomvolakis not to look at Thurman throughout the proceedings so as not to make her feel uncomfortable, could be jailed for up to a year if found guilty of attempting to commit a crime of coercion in the first degree; stalking in the fourth degree and aggravated harassment in the second degree.

Carmen Electra's hoping for 3rd time lucky!

It seems like Carmen Electra just got engaged for the third time and is soon to be married to Rob Patterson who is the touring guitarist for the group 'Korn'.

The couple have been dating for less than a year and it appears that the engagement took place whilst they were in Las Vegas to celebrate Electra's birthday.

Carmen Electra's first and very short marriage was to the NBA stud Dennis Rodman and the second one was to the 'Jane's Addiction' guitarist Dave Navarro.

Rob apparently told his friends three days ago that he got engaged and that the engagement ring has a black diamond set in white ones.

Jerry Hall speaks about her violent childhood

The former supermodel and ex-wife of Sir Mick Jagger, Jerry Hall, says her drug addicted and alcoholic father John Hall hit her and her four sisters so hard that he broke their bones.

Speaking on an Irish radio station Jerry said, "He would talk to us like soldiers. He was very imaginative in his insults and that is hard to get over. He was very violent. He took uppers and would come home and beat us five girls. He broke bones".

Jerry's father, who was a former U.S. army sergeant that later became a truck driver apparently wanted a boy so much that he gave all his daughters male names.

Jerry said that she believes her dad was driven to drink and drugs because of his own upbringing and his war experiences.

"His father drank and his mother died when he was a baby, so you try to understand why someone became so violent. Horrible things happened to my father. He had to release people from a prison of war camp and found 18,000 dead bodies".

Jerry ran away to Paris when she was just 16 and within a few years became one of the world's top catwalk models.

She had four children with the 'Rolling Stones' front-man Mick Jagger but the couple later divorced.

Paris Hilton interviewed in Moscow

Paris Hilton just flew from London to Moscow to host the MTV Russia Film Awards along with two other blondes, Kseniya Sobchak and Masha Malinovskaya.

Prior to the ceremony Paris gave an interview at the 'Ararat Park Hyatt' but refused to answer any questions about Britney Spears, Lindsey Lohan, her time in prison, drug use, driving under the influence or her favorite grandfather possibly cutting her out of the will.

So what else was there to talk about?

Q- Paris, you've come to Moscow to host the MTV Russia Film Awards. Some Russian films have been nominated. Are you acquainted with Russian cinematography?

A- No!

Q- Which Western films do you like?

A- "Something About Mary." (the one where Cameron Diaz uses her boyfriend's sperm to gel her hair).

Q- Why do you think you were invited to Moscow to host the MTV Russia Film Awards?

A- I think because MTV viewers love me, and I love Russia and Moscow. I was really honored to be invited again.

Q- Your life seems really laid back and carefree. Is that true?

A- Everything is wonderful, but at the same time I have no private life. Everyone wants to know where I am and what I'm doing all the time. And it's so tiring. The paparazzi really gets in my way. I'm always in front of cameras.

Q- And if you had the chance to change your life - would you?

A- Maybe…   But things aren't that bad as they are!
Q- When Western male movie stars come to Russia, reporters always ask them about local women. I want to ask what you think about Russian men.

A- Oh, Russian women are really beautiful! I have a few Russian girlfriends in New York and they're just so attractive. But I don't want to say anything about Russian men. You know, I have a boyfriend and I only think about him.

Adrian Grenier says he'd love to date Cameron Diaz.

The star of 'Entourage', Adrian Grenier freely admits that he's love to date Cameron Diaz.

Adrian, who was previously romantically linked to Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Kirsten Dunst says that he would love to spend some intimate time with the stunning Cameron said, "I have a secret crush on Cameron Diaz. I met her once and we had a dance".

Although Adrian, 31, said however that he isn't perfect boyfriend material and finds it difficult to remain faithful to just one woman.

When asked if he had ever broken anyone's heart, Adrian replied, "Not intentionally, but it's happened. I have also cheated on someone before. Yeah, and I've learnt my lesson".

Adrian said that doesn't yet feel ready to settle down because he loves partying with his friends. "I have passed out on the train home and ended up in the train yard. I woke up on my own and had to climb over a fence to get home. I drink a cup of coffee on the way now!".

Rihanna wins Juno's "International Album of the Year" award

Rihanna's LP 'Good Girl Gone Bad' won the Juno 'International Album of the Year' award at a ceremony which just took place at Calgary's Pengrowth Saddledome.

Rihanna faced stiff competition from Fergie, Bon Jovi, Josh Groban and Timbaland, and the new Canadian singing sensation Feist picked up a remarkable five awards.

As Feist took to the stage to collect her first statuette, 'Single of the Year for her hit '1234', she said, "I wrote down a load of stuff to say on my arm. Should I try to chip through it?".

Later, when her LP 'The Reminder' was named 'Pop Album of the Year', she added: "I am so grateful. I forgot to say that last time."

Feist, 32, also walked away with 'Artist of the Year', 'Album of the Year' and 'Songwriter of the Year' awards.

Michael Buble, who had been nominated for five prizes only picked up the 'Juno Fan Choice Award'.

Eva Mendes is intent on "having a good time" after leaving rehab

The 'Hitch' actress, Eva Mendes says that she's promised herself a "good time" after leaving Utah's 'Cirque Lodge' rehab.

Eva told 'People' magazine, "I'm just taking a break and having a good time. The sun's out again. It's my time. I'm home spending time with my family, going to the gym and actually enjoying taking care of myself. This year has been great for me because I've learned how to relax. The last three years have been amazing but kind of crazy. But now I feel grounded. I feel really good".

As well as taking care of herself, Eva is also planning on spending a lot of quality time with film producer George Gargurevich, and said, "I'm getting a lot of love in the love department, too".

Eva is one of many celebrities that have recently checked in for treatment at the 'Cirque Lodge' and other star patients include Lindsay Lohan, Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora and Kirsten Dunst.

Michelle Gellar's Sleepy Sex Scene

Michelle Gellar said that she nearly fell asleep during her sex scene in the new movie 'Southland Tales'.

Michelle who plays a porn star in the new film said that she had to struggle to stay awake for a bawdy scene because she had just eaten a huge Thanksgiving turkey dinner.

She said, "I filmed a love scene on Thanksgiving and I had eaten all this turkey and mashed potatoes. I was like, 'I seriously have to film a sex scene right now?' I was so tired from all the tryptophan, an amino acid in turkey that makes you sleepy that I just wanted to sleep!"

Gellar also claims she knew that she had succeeded as an actress when she saw a porn spin-off of her hit U.S. TV show 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' and she told Britain's Maxim magazine, "I think there was a 'Muffy the Vampire Layer'. We had a cast viewing in one of the trailers. You know you've made it when they make a porn version of you!".

Pammy Wants To Annul Her Marriage

Ex-Baywatch star Pamela Anderson and her husband, Rick Salomon have begun the divorce process.

According to documents that were filed with the court in Los Angeles, the Canadian-born actress gave fraud as the reason for declaring their wedding void.

Salomon, who gained notoriety because of a sex video showing him and his ex-girlfriend Paris Hilton enjoying sex, agreed with Pammy's reason in his own set of legal papers.

The couple married in October but separated just eight weeks later.

Last December Anderson wrote on her website that the couple were "working things out" but Pammy filed for divorce the same month.

This will have been Pammy's third marriage since she shot to fame in the beach drama Baywatch.

She was previously married to musician 'Kid Rock' and the 'Motley Crue' drummer Tommy Lee.

Kid Rock was arrested at the MTV Music Video Awards last September for allegedly assaulting Lee who is the father of Anderson's two children.

Sarah Jessica Parker hates wearing revealing outfits

Sarah Jessica Parker, who is famous for playing the style icon Carrie Bradshaw in the hit US TV show 'Sex and the City' says that she hates wearing revealing outfits.

Sarah said that she feels uncomfortable having to wear the sexy attire that is favored by her character Carrie Bradshaw in the upcoming 'Sex and the City' movie and also in the earlier TV show.

She said, "The fashions are incredible in the movie, although it was a bit strange to find myself wearing all these brilliant, beautiful outfits again. I'm much more restrained in my own fashion taste and I don't like to draw attention to myself the way Carrie does. Carrie is much more comfortable with more revealing kinds of outfits than I've ever been. I could never walk around Manhattan in very sexy outfits, that's not my style."

The film, 'Sex and the City: The Movie', is scheduled to hit cinema screens this coming May.

Victoria Beckham and Britney Spears - Again!

Victoria Beckham first fell out with Britney Spears after she reportedly refused to sit next to her at the prestigious Los Angeles' hotel Chateau Marmont last year but has now blasted the 26-year-old for not having any personal input into her perfume line.

Speaking about the launch of her new denim range for men, Victoria said, "I'm a complete control freak and I want everything to be perfect. I'm not doing a Britney Spears and just putting my name on something and saying, 'Sell this perfume'. This is a real passion of mine. People think all I do is go shopping like a miserable cow, but, in actual fact, I work b****y hard".

Victoria, who is the mother of three also revealed how she likes her husband, soccer star David Beckham, to wear his denims. "I think guys should wear jeans big and baggy, with a big pair of boots or flip-flops, exactly how you see David when he's out in his jeans and T-shirt. Do not pull them up tight and have your bulge showing. Let it hang! I didn't want anything too tight around the crotch. That really repulses me. It might be fashionable, but you are not going to get that from dVb."

Victoria recently revealed how she would hate to have Britney's life, saying, "I could never live a life like Britney Spears, who is under the spotlight every day. I couldn't do that. I would go stir crazy. I need my privacy with my husband and children otherwise I'd just go loopy".

Sarah Jessica Parker says that the movie is different.

Sarah Jessica Parker, who plays the sex columnist Carrie Bradshaw in the hit US TV show 'Sex and the City' has revealed that her character has been "fundamentally changed" in a new movie by the same name.

Sarah says that her character is radically different because the movie picks up a few years after where the show left off.

And in other news, the paparazzi caught up with Jessica and Chris Noth during a photo shoot for Vogue that was being shot by the famed photographer Annie Leibovitz.

Sarah wore an enormous antique off-white gown complete with matching shoes.

Kylie and Natalie take a girls only vacation

Kylie Minogue and Natalie Imbruglia who both starred in the Australian TV show 'Neighbours' together have flown to Mauritius for a relaxing five night break at the five-star Shanti Ananda resort to apparently escape their troubled love lives.

A source said, "Natalie is heartbroken after splitting from husband Daniel Johns and Kylie thought a sunshine break would cheer. They are both trying to put their relationship troubles behind them and think this holiday will do the job".

The exclusive Shanti Ananda resort on the Indian Ocean offers yoga lessons, meditation and a four handed massage from two therapists.

It costs $5,000 a night to stay at a villa which has its own private butler, a landscaped garden and a swimming pool.

Lily Allen turns to Rupert Grint to help her through her heartbreak

Seems like Lily Allen has turned to the 'Harry Potter' star Rupert Grint to help her through the heartbreak of her recent split from the Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons following a miscarriage and she apparently enjoyed a heart to heart talk with the 19-year-old actor over dinner at a London restaurant last week.

The couple first hit it off when they met at the 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix' premiere last year and a source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper, "They swapped numbers then and although they texed each other quite regularly they didn't meet up. Then when Lily split from Ed, Rupert offered her a shoulder to cry and she took it. They get on really well and he makes her laugh. Last week they enjoyed a Japanese meal together where they had a long intense talk as well as a few laughs".

Are Jennifer Aniston and Aaron Eckhart a couple?

Jennifer Aniston and  Aaron Eckhart are reported to have become inseparable whilst filming 'Traveling' together in Vancouver, Canada.

A source said, "They're getting along so great that everyone on the set is convinced they are more than just friends. They're just so in sync all the time".

Aaron, who was nominated for a Golden Globe for 'Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy" (Thank You for Smoking) recently split up with his long term girlfriend Ashley Wicks and is said to have put Jennifer forward for the role.

The source added to Britain's Daily Mail newspaper, "Jen's entire reason for doing this movie was Aaron. She's wanted to work with him for years and was completely flattered that she was his first choice to be the leading lady in this movie. I think the fact that both of them have been single for a couple of months is contributing to the chemistry they have on this film, even when they aren't shooting. They genuinely enjoy each other's company. But if they're actually hooking up, they're doing it as quietly as possible".

Since splitting up with husband Brad Pitt in January 2005, Jennifer has dated Vince Vaughn and also been romantically linked to model Paul Sculfor and actor Jason Lewis.
